
As coaches at Babylon CrossFit, we’re always looking for tools that help our athletes move better, recover faster, and train without pain. One of our favorite — and often underrated — recovery tools is Voodoo Floss.
Voodoo flossing uses a thick elastic band to tightly wrap a joint or muscle, creating compression while you move through specific ranges of motion. When the band is released, blood rushes back into the area, helping to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and speed up recovery.
