When people hear “CrossFit,” they often picture intense workouts built for adults. But at Babylon CrossFit, the kids program is something completely different.
It’s not about lifting heavy weights or pushing kids to their limits. It’s about building confident, capable, and healthy kids through movement, structure, and fun.
In our program, kids learn how to:
Unlike large franchise-style gyms that run high-volume children’s programs, Babylon CrossFit is a small, family-owned business that prioritizes quality over quantity.
That means small class sizes and coaching that is tailored to each child, not a one-size-fits-all model. Every child gets individual attention, proper guidance, and encouragement based on their own ability and confidence level.
This personal approach allows us to truly meet kids where they are—whether they’re brand new to fitness or already active in sports.
Kids today are growing up in a world where screens are everywhere and movement is often limited. That’s why creating a positive relationship with fitness early on matters.
At Babylon CrossFit, we focus on:
When kids associate movement with fun and success, they’re more likely to stay active as they grow and love gym class instead of dreading it.
Every class is designed to be engaging, structured, and age-appropriate. While it may look like games from the outside, there’s intention behind everything we do.
We teach the basics: squatting, jumping, running, pushing, pulling, and balancing. These movements build coordination and body awareness that benefit any sport or activity.
Kids use their own body weight to develop strength safely. Think:
It’s about control and proper form—not heavy lifting.
We keep kids moving with relays, obstacle courses, and partner workouts. They’re working hard—but to them, it just feels like a game.
Partner and group workouts teach kids how to communicate, encourage each other, and be part of a team—without the pressure of competition.
One of the best parts of the program is watching kids realize what they’re capable of. Whether it’s their first push-up or finishing a workout they didn’t think they could, those small wins add up fast.
We offer regular Sunday classes year-round—fall, winter, spring, and summer—for kids ages 3–10, making it easy for families to stay consistent no matter the season.
Our summer sessions kick off the week of June 14th, giving kids a fun, structured way to stay active while school is out.
As kids grow, we also provide a next step with our teen programs:
This summer, we’re introducing something new: a Teen Summer Bootcamp, running for two weeks during the summer. It’s designed to help teens build strength, confidence, and independence in a more focused, high-energy setting.
We also offer affordable birthday parties where families can rent out the entire gym for a private celebration.
Kids get to run, play, and enjoy structured games and activities in a fun, safe environment—and parents can make it easy by adding options like pizza and food for the group. It’s a stress-free way to host a high-energy birthday that kids actually remember.
Not every kid loves traditional sports—and that’s okay. The Babylon CrossFit kids program creates a space where all kids can succeed, regardless of skill level.
There’s no pressure to be the best. The focus is on effort, improvement, and showing up.
If you’re looking for a program that keeps your child active, builds confidence, and actually makes them excited to move—this is it.

At the end of the day, this program isn’t about creating elite athletes. It’s about helping kids grow into strong, confident individuals who aren’t afraid to try hard things while meeting friends and developing social skills along the way.
And if they leave class a little more confident, a little stronger, and excited to come back—that’s the real win.
