BC Fall Nutrition Challenge

What is the Fall Nutrition Challenge All About?

With so many questions coming in about our upcoming Fall Nutrition Challenge, we wanted to take a moment to share a full explanation of what to expect, and why this challenge could be a game-changer for your performance and overall health.

The Fall Nutrition Challenge is an 8-week guided effort to reset and shift your mindset around proper fueling for CrossFit performance — through nutrition, hydration, and sleep. Each week, you’ll focus on specific goals related to each of these pillars, building one habit at a time.

You’ll also receive weekly Zoom support from Coach Tommy. These calls will alternate between full-group overviews and Q&A sessions, and 1-on-1 check-ins to review your progress and make personalized adjustments as needed.

To help track and tailor your progress, Coach Tommy will provide InBody scans at both the beginning and end of the challenge. Based on your scan results and personal goals, you'll receive customized macronutrient targets to guide your nutrition throughout the 8 weeks.

Here’s what this challenge is not:
It’s not a fad diet. It’s not about cutting out all "unhealthy" foods just to drop a few pounds and then go right back to old habits. Instead, we’re focused on long-term mindset shifts — reframing the role nutrition, hydration, and sleep play not only in CrossFit performance, but in your overall quality of life.

This is about building sustainable habits that last well beyond the 8 weeks, habits that support your health and performance for months and years to come.

As an added bonus, upon completing the challenge, you'll receive a $100 BC credit that can be applied toward continued nutrition coaching (either 1-on-1 or future challenges) or your membership.
