
This January, Babylon CrossFit is kicking off an 8-week Nutrition Challenge designed to help you build sustainable habits, improve body composition, and take control of your health—without extreme dieting or guesswork. Whether your goal is fat loss, performance, more energy, or simply learning how to fuel your body better, this challenge is built to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
The foundation of the challenge is weighing and measuring food and tracking macros through an app, giving you real awareness of what you’re eating and how it supports your goals. Along the way, we’ll layer in simple, effective habits that actually move the needle. Each week you’ll focus on one new habit, building momentum instead of trying to change everything at once.
To keep things fun and engaging, we’re using a point-based system. You’ll earn points for behaviors that matter most:

Support is built into the challenge. You’ll receive weekly 1-on-1 check-in calls to help you troubleshoot, adjust, and stay accountable, plus biweekly group meetings to learn, share wins, and stay connected with the community. We’ll also complete InBody scans at the beginning and end of the challenge so you can track meaningful changes beyond just the scale.
And yes—there are prizes. At the end of the challenge, the top three point earners will take home:
