Hey Everyone. In 2026, we're moving away from Bring a Friend Week and shifting to 1 Bring a Friend Day Each Month. We've received a lot of questions about it. We just wanted to put a short blog together to answer all questions we've been receiving in case anyone else has the same questions.
Can friends come more than once?
No, we're limiting each friend to one class.
Can a friend come if I'm not going to be in class with them?
Yes, they're welcome to join any class with or without you.
Can I bring multiple friends?
Yes, any friends or family who're interested are more than welcome to join us.
Will friend be doing the same workout as me?
We will be providing a beginner friendly BAFW version of each workout for friends who have never done crossfit before. For more experienced friends they're welcome to do the workout as prescribed or do something closer to the prescribed workout than the beginner friendly version.
What's next if my friend wants to sign up?
We always encourage friends and family newer to crossfit who want to move forward to go through with onboarding prior to committing to a membership to allow coaches to get to know them in a 1-on-1 environment. It also allows us to take a closer look at different movement patterns, talk about goals, previous fitness history, injuries, etc.
Do friends need to have crossfit experience prior to coming in?
Absolutely not. Anyone and everyone new is welcome to join.
What does my friend need to bring?
Water and workout clothes and an open mind, that's it.
What should they expect?
A great, challenging workout surrounded by hardworking, welcoming, friendly people alongside them.
